Connection scheme of electroluminescent wire

 Инвертор Diameter of wire – 2,5mm; 5mm. It is connected through power units to a 220V  Инвертор  Инвертор (standard input tension – 220V/50Hz, output tension – 110V/400Hz), to them are added wires with sockets, shrink tubes with adhesive layer. Consumes a minimum quantity of the electric power (from 0,5 up to 1,2W/sq.m.). Connection directly, without a network power unit, is forbidden! It is forbidden to use other power supplies, except for the inverter applied with a wire with a pressure on an input 12±1,5V.
It is forbidden to use at installation the cords, damaging a surface of wire (also nails, screws, paper clips, etc.).
Therm of services of a wire is 10.000 hours. At use of a blinking mode of luminescence (2/1 sec.) service life increases till 30.000 hours. The guarantee of the manufacturer at correct connection is 1 year. The wire is delivered by roll on 50m.Contact from a power unit are cleaned in the usual image. Contacts of a wire are cleaned in the following mode:- Caution!!! Remove an external layer of isolation (1) more thin environment.
ATTENTION! At removal of the second layer of PVC, no cut 2 thin contact wires (7) which are being directly on a layer of luminofore. After removal of a thin layer of PVC of 2 contact wires it is necessary to raise simply. - Extend wires (7) and braid them together.
- Release from isolation and luminofore (2) central wire (3).
- Remove isolation from both wires (4 and 5) wires of a power unit (10) on 4 - 5 mm.
- Dress thin shrink tube (6) on places of prospective connections (8 and 9) and shrink tube of greater diameter on a wire of a power unit (10).
- Solder a wire (5) to a wire (7). Solder a wire (4) to a wire (3).
- Atop of places of soldering dress shrink tube (6) and, by means of a high-temperature hair drier or an ordinary lighter, carry out shrink tube. Atop dress shrink tube a tube of greater diameter (11) and also carry out shrink.
- Other end of an electroluminescent wire also is recommended make hermetic shrink tube to exclude accumulation of a moisture in luminofore layer..
