Such ink as, however, and EcoSolvent as it was already repeatedly marked, solvent ink have a number of essential lacks which became the reason of the subsequent development and occurrences of eco-solvent materials.
The essence has put in use in the equipment eco-solvent press less harmful to the person and environment of chemical compositions which, nevertheless, possess necessary qualities for maintenance of reliable communication of a pigment with a surface of the printed carrier.
Application of eco-solvent ink has allowed to lower also cost of printers due to use in them of cases of printing heads and elements of system of submission of ink from less dear materials.
And once again we shall remind, that solvent ink have appeared already several years ago and were "first signs". It is natural, that the negative factors accompanying this technology, became stimulus of the further development. It is caused by ability of an aggressive liquid phase to pickle a surface of the carrier and at the initial stage of its softening strongly to fix a pigment in weight of the top layer of a material. Unlike the images executed by water, oil or firm ink which keep the qualities no more than year without protection of a surface, the invariance «solvent» prints is observed within 3th years, and sometimes and more. |
