Electroluminescent Wire

The Electroluminescent Wire is a flexible plastic PVC-wire with tightly filled in inside of electrical wire which, unlike duralight, is easily for cut and for soldered in any place, mechanically is resistent, not cased, does not fade, is water-proof, well accepts any forms, is brightly shone and has practically unlimited scope. The flexible shone wire, is used for decorative illumination, advertising objects, an interior, interior of the car, etc. it is flexible PVC-wire with tightly filled in inside of electrical wire. The material has an equal, bright and beautiful "neon" luminescence. Minimal electro consumption (1V/sq.m.) also the low price allow to use an electroluminescent wire on any objects. The cold Neon considerably simplifies production of creation of an illuminated signs and allows to make quickly bright and inexpensive light signboards. The wire is applied to interior decor, illuminations of buildings, show-windows, playbills, manufacturing of the outdoor advertising, an ornament of cars, parks, etc. The wire is connected through inverters with battery feed or electrical feed at 220 V and, unlike duralight, cut in any place.

  The work of electroluminescent wire is based to the electroluminescence effect, that is a special luminescence under action of electric field lays. It is a luminescent PVC - wire with uniform brightness on all length. Extreme flexibility and the small sizes alongside with safety and low power consumption allow to realize the daring ideas of execution of the outdoor advertising, furnish of facades of buildings, window dressings, scenery of landscape zones, and also various decisions in design of interiors.
  In many cases it is an optimum decision of design problems, in comparison with neon tubes with gaz (a neon and argon), traditional light wire (analogues of duralight) or optical paths owing to the technological features.
  Owing to the flexibility and a wide choice of colors and diameters, perfectly approaches for decorative illumination as outdoor so indoor application. One of the most appreciable pluss of the Electroluminescent Wire is the humidity resistance, that enables to apply it in places with the raised humidity. Thus the Electroluminescent Wire does not lose the brightness.

Volumetric letters are bulky, heavy, inconvenient in installation, they eternally dirty from within and outside. All sign makers know, that light letters cannot be made tight because it is an opportunity of condensate of moisture. It is necessary to make the holes  – but are paradox, that in these apertures the dust and a dirt settling on lamps and the internal party of facade of the letter jams. Therefore already through one summer season light, letters look very unattractively and to check up this statement enough to open any letter prostood in the street of city even three years months. And now imagine, what volume of work and nerves borrows process of clearing of the light letter.

  With an electroluminescent wire all is much easier. In fact as the light letter is done of it? From 10 millimetric plastic the letter is cut out, then in it flutes-directing under diameter of a wire (2,5mm, 5mm) are milled. Glue is put on a bottom of a flute, the wire and as want, in some wires then keeps within. It turns out, that two 5-millimetric electroluminescent wires, laid beside, give effect of a 10-millimetric neon tube (!!!). Finally, we shall receive all same plastic letter, one centimeter thickness which is easy for mounting and on which the facade can become dusty only. Well, and it can be washed even from a hose of the watering machine.
